SHZ-type sediment tester can test maximum viscosity of 130mm2/s samples at 80℃, sediments containing more than 0.50% m/m. In the heating test unit two tests could be conducted at the same time. The tester has features such as steam heating; steam generator which can add tap water automatically; continually output of steam; with no water conservation, water automatic shutdown and alarm functions; negative pressure, auto-leaching time timing, the maximum negative pressure, settings, electric rapid cooling and so on. The instrument meets ASTM D4870 ISO 10307 and SH/T0701/0702 standards.
